The president’s 18-year-old son had a business incorporated in Wyoming last July, but dissolved it nine days after Donald Trump won the general election, records show.

Barron Trump has plans to re-launch his Wyoming-registered real estate business Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc. this spring, Newsweek reports.

Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray did not speak to whether there are signs of the president’s son’s business being revived, but responded to the said younger Trump’s incorporating in the Cowboy State with excitement, saying it speaks to its business-friendly laws.

“Wyoming is THE place in the USA for American patriots to incorporate,” said Gray in a Monday text to Cowboy State Daily. “Unfortunately, Delaware has developed woke ESG (environmental, social, governance-driven) business policies that have alienated American common sense conservatives.”

Barron Trump’s famous father also has been linked to businesses incorporated in Wyoming, including a pair of companies behind lines of collectible Trump items.

This past fall, a new line of Trump collectible watches was incorporated out of a Sheridan company called TheBestWatchesOnEarth LLC. The watches ranged in price from $499 to $100,000.

The same registered agent also is listed for a company that sold a limited-edition of shiny gold high-tops called Trump Sneakers in spring 20024.

‘New Golden Age’

Gray said his office is providing a “patriotic Make America Great Again alternative” and will work with the president to “advance America’s New Golden Age.”

Delaware does run public incentives for renewable energy projects. The longtime business haven made headlines last February when one of its judges voided a 2018 Tesla pay package as excessive.

Gray publicly invited Tesla CEO Elon Musk to incorporate in Wyoming at that time.

Instead Musk, who is now a top advisor to President Donald Trump, moved his business to Texas.

Among the most business-friendly states in the U.S., Wyoming also has been criticized as a haven for bad actors.

Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc. incorporated July 15 in Wyoming with Carter Fulcher listed as its president, and Barron Trump and Cameron Roxburgh listed as fellow incorporators.

Fulcher, a real estate expert, did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

The business used a registered agent service out of Sheridan, Wyoming.

Its principal office was listed on Ocean Bouldevard in Palm Beach, Florida, near the physical address Barron Trump provided as his own.
