It’s Friday, April 14 – and the really warm stretch has come to an end, and more snow is in the forecast. Colder with areas of rain and snow across many areas of Wyoming.

Central:

There’s a slight chance of snow showers this morning in Casper, mixing with rain in the afternoon, otherwise partly sunny, with a high near 44. Scattered snow showers in Lander this afternoon, otherwise partly sunny, with a high near 39. Scattered showers are expected late this afternoon in Shoshoni, otherwise partly sunny, with a high near 49. 

Casper has a 30 percent chance of snow showers overnight, with a low around 29; breezy, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Snow showers are likely overnight in Lander, with a low around 20; new snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible. Shoshoni could see less than an inch of snow overnight, with a low around 27. 

Southwest:

Partly sunny and breezy today in Rock Springs, with a high near 43 and wind gusts as high as 24 mph. Evanston can expect partly sunny skies, with a high near 33 and wind chill values as low as 8. Partly sunny and breezy today in Kemmerer, with a high near 38 and wind gusts as high as 28 mph.

Mostly cloudy and breezy in Rock Springs overnight, with a low around 25 and gusts as high as 24 mph. Mostly clear tonight in Evanston, with a low around 15 and wind chill values as low as 4. Partly cloudy and blustery tonight in Kemmerer, with a low around 20 and wind gusts as high as 28 mph. 

Western Wyoming:

Pinedale can expect scattered snow showers this afternoon, otherwise partly sunny and breezy, with a high near 30 and wind gusts as high as 20 mph. Scattered snow showers are expected in Afton today, with a high near 35; new snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. La Barge could see some isolated snow showers this afternoon, otherwise partly sunny and breezy, with a high near 32 and winds gusting as high as 21 mph. 

There’s a 30 percent chance of snow showers tonight in Pinedale, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 18; breezy, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Afton has a 20 percent chance of snow showers overnight, with a low around 20. Partly cloudy in La Barge overnight, with a low around 19; breezy, with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Northwest:

Snow showers are likely in Dubois this afternoon, with a high near 37; new snow accumulation of less than one inch possible. Jackson can expect some scattered snow showers this afternoon (less than half an inch possible), with a high near 36; breezy, with wind gusts as high as 20 mph. Around an inch of new snow is expected in Yellowstone National Park this afternoon, with a high near 36. 

Around an inch of snow is expected tonight in Dubois, with a low around 18.
