A chance of snow for much of Wyoming on Saturday with areas of patchy blowing snow and some locations under a winter weather advisory.  Highs mostly in the 30s and 40s with lows from the single digits into the low 20s.  

Central:  

Casper:  There’s a winter weather advisory in effect from 2 p.m. today until 8 a.m. Sunday. There’s a chance of rain and snow after noon today and snow and patchy blowing snow are near certain overnight.  Otherwise, it should be mostly cloudy today with a high near 46 and it should be blustery overnight with a low near 22.  Winds could gust to 21 mph during the day and 28 mph overnight.  Up to 2 inches of snow is possible. 

Riverton:  There’s a winter weather advisory in effect from 11 a.m. today until 5 a.m. Sunday.  Snow is likely today with patchy blowing snow after 5 p.m. and snow and patchy blowing snow are likely overnight.  Otherwise, expect it to be mostly cloudy and breezy today with a high near 33 and blustery overnight with a low near 13.  Winds could blow as high as 30 mph during the day and 31 mph overnight.  Up to around 3 inches of snow is possible.

Glenrock There’s a chance of rain and snow today and snow and patchy blowing snow are likely overnight.  Otherwise, look for it to be mostly cloudy today with a high near 46 and blustery overnight with a low near 21.  Winds could blow from 15-20 mph overnight.  Up to three inches of snow is possible.   

Southwest:  

Evanston There’s a chance of snow today and tonight, mainly after midnight.  Otherwise, it should be mostly cloudy today with a high near 33 and mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 8.  

Rock Springs:  There’s a slight chance of snow after 2 p.m. today and a chance of snow overnight.  Otherwise, expect it to be mostly cloudy today with a high near 40 and mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 16.  Winds could gust to 20 mph overnight.  

Lyman There’s a chance of snow today and overnight.  Otherwise, look for it to be mostly cloudy today with a high near 37 and mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 13.  Winds could blow from 11-16 mph in the morning.  

Western Wyoming:  

Pinedale:  There’s a chance of snow, mainly after 1 p.m. today and mainly before 11 p.m. tonight.  Otherwise, expect it to be partly sunny and breezy today with a high near 35 and mostly cloudy and blustery overnight with a low near 10.  Winds could gust as high as 23 mph during the day and 26 mph overnight.  

Alpine:  Snow is likely today, mainly before 1 p.m. and it’s possible tonight, mainly before 9 p.m.  Otherwise, look for a high near 28 today and it should be partly cloudy overnight with a low near 8.  

Big Piney:  There’s a slight chance of snow, mainly after 4 p.m. today and a little better chance tonight, mainly before 9 p.m.  Otherwise, it should gradually become mostly sunny today with a high near 34 and be partly cloudy overnight with a low near 2.  Winds could gust as high as 20 mph during the day and 22 mph overnight.  

Northwest:  

Dubois:  There’s a chance of snow, mainly after 2 p.m. today and tonight, mainly before 9 p.m.  Otherwise, it should be partly sunny today with a high near 37 and mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 11.  

Jackson:  Snow is likely today, mainly before 1 p.m. and possible tonight, mainly before 8 p.m.  Otherwise, look for a high near 32 today and it should be partly cloudy overnight with a low near 5.  

Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park: Snow is near certain today and possible tonight, mainly before 9 p.m.  Otherwise, expect a high near 26 today and it should be partly cloudy overnight with a low near -1.  Up to 2 inches of snow is possible.  

Bighorn Basin:  

Thermopolis There’s a winter weather advisory in effect from 9 a.m. today until 5 a.m. Sunday.  Snow is likely, mainly after 1 p.m. today with patchy blowing snow after 4 p.m. and snow and patchy blowing snow are likely overnight.  Otherwise, it should be breezy with increasing clouds today with a high near 37 and it should be blustery and gradually become partly cloudy overnight with a low near 14.  Winds could gust as high as 25 mph during the day and 28 mph overnight.  Up to around 3 inches of snow is possible.  

Cody:  There’s a winter weather advisory in effect from 9 a.m. today until 5 a.m. Sunday.  Snow and rain are likely today with patchy blowing snow after noon and snow is possible tonight, mainly before 10 p.m.  Otherwise, expect it to be breezy today with a high near 38 and partly cloudy and blustery overnight with a low near 17.  Winds could gust up to 36 mph during the day and 31 mph overnight.  

Greybull:  There’s a winter weather advisory in effect from 9 a.m. today until 5 a.m. Sunday.  There’s a chance of snow, mainly after 1 p.m. today with patchy blowing snow and there’s a chance of snow mainly before midnight tonight.  Otherwise, look for it to be windy with increasing clouds today with a high near 38 and it should be windy and gradually become partly cloudy overnight with a low near 16.  Winds could gust up to 38 mph during the day and overnight.   

North Central:  

Buffalo:  There’s a winter weather advisory in effect from 2 p.m. today until 8 a.m. Sunday.  There’s a chance of snow and rain today and snow and patchy blowing snow tonight, mainly before 10 p.m.  Otherwise, look for it to be mostly cloudy and windy today with a high near 39 and it should be windy and gradually become partly cloudy overnight with a low near 21.  Winds could gust as high as 45 mph during the day and 47 mph overnight.  

Sheridan:  There’s a winter weather advisory in effect from 2 p.m. today until 5 a.m. Sunday.  Snow is likely today and it’s likely before midnight tonight with patchy blowing snow before 9 p.m.  Otherwise, expect increasing clouds today with a high near 42 and it should be mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 16.  Winds could blow from 17-22 mph during the afternoon and from 13-22 mph overnight.  

Ranchester:  There’s a winter weather advisory in effect from 2 p.m. today until 5 a.m. Sunday.  Snow and rain are likely today and snow is likely, mainly before 11 p.m. tonight.  Otherwise, the high should be near 39 today and it should gradually become partly cloudy overnight with a low near 16.  Winds could blow from 17-22 mph during the afternoon and from 13-20 mph overnight.  

Northeast:  

Gillette:  There’s a slight chance of snow after noon today and snow with patchy blowing snow is likely overnight.  Otherwise, look for it to be breezy today with increasing clouds and a high near 42 and it should be blustery overnight with a low near 18.  Winds could gust to 33 mph during the day and 39 mph overnight.  

Sundance:  There’s a slight chance of snow after noon today and snow and patchy blowing snow are near certain overnight.  Otherwise, it should be partly sunny today with a high near 41 and blustery overnight with a low near 18.  Winds could gust as high as 23 mph during the day and 31 mph overnight.  

Upton:  Expect increasing clouds and breezy conditions today with a high near 43 and it should be cloudy and blustery overnight with snow and patchy blowing snow likely and the low near 17.  Winds could gust as high as 31 mph during the day and 40 mph overnight.  

Eastern Plains:  

Torrington:  Rain is possible today, mainly after 5 p.m. and rain then snow and patchy blowing snow are likely overnight.  Otherwise, expect it to be mostly cloudy today with a high near 48 and blustery overnight with a low near 25.  Winds could gust to 35 mph overnight.  

Douglas:  There’s a chance of rain and snow today and snow is likely overnight with patchy blowing snow after 11 p.m.  Otherwise, it should be breezy with increasing clouds today with a high near 45 and blustery overnight with a low near 20.  Winds could blow from 15-20 mph during the day and gust as high as 30 mph overnight.  Up to 2 inches of snow is possible.  

Kaycee:  There’s a winter weather advisory in effect from 2 p.m. today until 8 a.m. Sunday. There’s a chance of rain and snow today and snow is likely overnight with patchy blowing snow after 11 p.m.  Otherwise, look for increasing clouds and breezy conditions today with a high near 41 and it should be mostly cloudy and blustery overnight with a low near 21.  Winds could gust as high as 29 mph during the day and 26 mph overnight.  

Southeast:  

Cheyenne:  Rain and snow are likely today and snow and patchy blowing snow are likely overnight.  Otherwise, look for a high near 45 today and it should be blustery overnight with a low near 19.  Winds could gust as high as 35 mph overnight.  

Laramie:  Snow is possible after 11 a.m. today and snow is near certain overnight.  Otherwise, expect it to be mostly cloudy today with a high near 40 and the low overnight should be near 15.  

Medicine Bow:  Snow is possible after 11 a.m. today and near certain overnight.  Otherwise, it should be mostly cloudy today with a high near 40 and the low overnight should be near 17.  

South Central:  

Rawlins:  Snow is possible after 11 a.m. today and likely overnight.  Otherwise, it should be mostly cloudy today with a high near 37 and the low overnight should be near 17. 

Encampment:  Snow is likely after 11 a.m. today and overnight.  Otherwise, expect the high today to be near 38 and the low overnight near 16.  Up to around 2 inches of snow is possible.  

Baggs:  Rain and snow are possible today and snow is likely overnight.  Otherwise, look for it to be cloudy today with a high near 38 and mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 14.
