On Friday, February 27, Hilltop Bank officially completed its acquisition of Cheyenne State Bank. Upon closing of the acquisition, Hilltop Bank has approximately $1.11 billion in assets and operates a full-service trust and wealth management department with total assets under management in excess of $1.7 billion.
This acquisition expands Hilltop Bank’s footprint in Wyoming, building on its existing presence in Casper, Glenrock, Cheyenne, and Gillette.

Over the weekend, the new signs were installed and on Monday, March 2, the building was officially opened as Hilltop Bank. The operational conversion will take place over the weekend of March 13.
