I have been a long time subscriber and love your newsletter. I have not received a copy since April 22. 

Please put me back on your list. I read Cowboy State Daily every morning before I do anything else. I am a Wyoming native but I live in western Nebraska, just 23 miles from the Wyoming border.

Dear Beverly:

This appears to be happening a lot.

We’ve received multiple reports that Bresnan and Charter subscribers are having trouble receiving certain emails from us.

Based on our initial investigation, it looks like the emails are reaching Bresnan’s servers, but not making it to individual inboxes.

Our email service provider is digging deeper into the issue to see if they can pinpoint what’s going wrong.

In the meantime, it might be worth reaching out to Bresnan/Spectrum support to see if they can help on their end.

We’ll keep working on it and appreciate your patience while we sort this out.

In addition, to help ensure you receive our newsletter without interruption, please:

Add news@cowboystatedaily.com to your email contacts.

Check your spam or junk folder and mark our emails as "Not Spam" if you find them there.

If you use Gmail or similar providers, look in the Promotions tab and drag our email to the Primary tab if you’d prefer to see it there.

Review your email settings to make sure our address isn’t blocked or filtered.
