Warmer in Wyoming to start the week, but anyone hoping to catch a glimpse of the eclipse might find cloudy skies with rain and snow. Highs will be in the 30s and 40s, and some Winter Storm Warnings are in effect until the afternoon.

Central:  

Casper:  Expect scattered rain and snow showers throughout the day. Otherwise it should be cloudy and breezy today with a high near 42, then mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 27. 

Lander:  Scattered rain and snow showers throughout the day. Otherwise look for it to be mostly cloudy today with a high near 48 and partly cloudy overnight with a low near 27.

Jeffrey City Scattered rain and snow showers throughout the day. Expect it to be mostly cloudy today with a high near 45 and partly cloudy overnight with a low near 24.

Southwest:  

Evanston Expect it to be mostly sunny today with a high near 40 and mostly clear overnight with a low near 20.

Green River:  It should be mostly sunny today with a high near 48 and mostly clear overnight with a low near 27.

Cokeville Look for it to be mostly cloudy today with a high near 39 and partly cloudy overnight with a low near 16.

Western Wyoming:  

Pinedale:  Look for it to be partly sunny today with a high near 43 and mostly clear overnight with a low near 18.

Afton:  It should be mostly cloudy today with a high near 39 and partly cloudy overnight with a low near 17.

La Barge:  Expect it to be mostly sunny today with a high near 47 and mostly clear overnight with a low near 21.

Northwest:  

Dubois:  There’s a chance of scattered rain and snow showers today, otherwise it should be partly sunny with a high near 42, then partly cloudy overnight with a low near 24.

Jackson:  Look for it to be partly sunny today with a high near 42 and partly cloudy overnight with a low near 20. 

Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park:  Look for isolated snow showers this morning. Expect it to be mostly cloudy today with a high near 39 and partly cloudy overnight with a low near 16.

Bighorn Basin:  

Thermopolis There’s a chance of morning rain and snow showers. Look for it to be mostly cloudy today with a high near 49 and partly cloudy overnight with a low near 27.

Cody:  Expect scattered rain and snow showers this morning, otherwise expect it to be mostly cloudy today with a high near 48 and partly cloudy overnight with a low near 31.

Powell:  Scattered rain and snow showers are likely this morning. It should be mostly cloudy today with a high near 51 and wind gusts as high as 24 mph. Overnight it should be partly cloudy with a low near 28.

North Central:  

Buffalo:  Expect rain and snow showers throughout the day with a high near 42, then mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 28.

Sheridan:  There’s a Winter Storm Warning in effect until noon today. Expect rain and snow showers today with a high near 48 and wind gusts as high as 38 mph. It should be mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 25.

Clearmont:  A Winter Storm Warning is in effect until noon with up to an inch of snow and wind gusts as high as 44 mph. Expect morning snow showers and a high near 44 today and mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 24.

Northeast:  

Gillette:  There’s a Winter Storm Warning in effect until 11 a.m. Watch for rain and snow showers throughout the day with up to 3 inches of snow and wind gusts as high as 32 mph. Today’s high should be near 30 with wind chills as low as 18, then mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 23.

Newcastle:  A Winter Storm Warning is in effect until 11 a.m. Watch for rain and snow showers throughout the day with up to 3 inches of snow and wind gusts as high as 32 mph. Today’s high should be near 36 with wind chills as low as 18, then mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 23.

Moorcroft:  There’s a Winter Storm Warning in effect until 11 a.m. with wind gusts as high as 25 mph. Expect rain and snow throughout the day with a high near 25 and wind chills as low as 18. Overnight it should be mostly cloudy with a low near 21.

Eastern Plains:  

Torrington:  Expect it to be partly sunny today with a chance of morning rain and snow showers and a high near 48 and partly cloudy overnight with a low near 25.

Wheatland:  Look for it to be mostly cloudy today with a slight chance of rain and snow showers and a high near 46, then mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 31.

Wright:  A Winter Storm Warning ends at 6 a.m., but there should still be rain and snow showers throughout today with a high near 36 and wind gusts as strong as 29 mph. Overnight it should be mostly cloudy with a low near 22 and wind chills as low as 14.

Southeast:  

Cheyenne:  Expect it to be mostly sunny and breezy today with a high near 48 and wind gusts of up to 30 mph. Overnight it should be partly cloudy with a low near 28.

Laramie:  It should be mostly sunny and breezy today with a high near 41 and partly cloudy overnight with a low near 24.

Chugwater:  Look for it to be partly sunny today with a chance of rain and snow showers, a high near 46, and wind gusts of up to 35 mph. It should be partly cloudy overnight with a low near 29.

South Central:  

Rawlins:  It should be partly sunny today with a high near 42 and mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 26.

Saratoga:  Expect it to be partly sunny today with a high near 42 and mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 22.

Hanna:  Look for it to be mostly cloudy today with a chance of snow showers and a high near 39 and partly cloudy overnight with a low near 25.
