Subzero wind chills throughout Wyoming all day Tuesday. Snow in most areas in the afternoon and overnight. Winter storm warnings in southwest and south-central Wyoming, while most of eastern, southeastern, and south-central Wyoming are under high wind warnings.

Subzero wind chills throughout Wyoming all day Tuesday, while snow will start falling in most areas in the afternoon and overnight. Winter Storm Warnings are in effect in Southwest and South-Central Wyoming, while most of Eastern, Southeastern, and South-Central Wyoming are under High Wind Warnings.

Central:  

Casper:  Watch for snow in the afternoon and wind chill values as low as -5 throughout the day. Otherwise, it will be mostly sunny, transitioning to mostly cloudy overnight. Wind could gust as high as 49 mph.

Lander:  Expect a partly sunny day with a high near 29 and snow in the afternoon and overnight. Wind could gust as high as 34 mph with a wind chill of -5.

Jeffrey City: Cloudy skies with a high of 26 but wind chills as low as -15. Snow will start in the afternoon and continue overnight with 50 mph winds and a -10 wind chill.

Southwest:  

Evanston:  A Winter Storm Warning is in effect until Wednesday night. Tuesday will have a high of 29 and up to three inches of snow, with a wind chill as low as -7. The overnight low will be 10 Wind could gust over 40 mph all day and overnight.

Green River:  Watch for afternoon snow, otherwise a mostly cloudy day with a high of 33. There’s an overnight low of 10, with wind chills as low as -10 and wind gusts of up to 30 mph throughout the day and night.

Kemmerer:  A Winter Storm Warning all day and overnight with up to four inches of snow. Expect a mostly cloudy day with a high near 32 and an overnight low around 9, with 38 mph wind and a wind chill as low as -10.

Western Wyoming:  

Pinedale:  There’s a chance of an inch of snow starting in the afternoon, otherwise a cloudy day with a high of 24 and an overnight low around 5. Expect winds up to 22 mph and wind chills around -15.

Afton:  A Winter Storm Warning with up to five inches of snow, 30 mph wind gusts, and wind chills as low as -5. The daytime high will be 26, with an overnight low around 9

La Barge:  Expect partly sunny skies and a high of 32 on Tuesday, with a wind chill as low as -15 and wind gusts as high as 32 mph. Snow will start falling in the afternoon, with an overnight low around 7.

Northwest:  

Dubois: Expect a partly sunny day with 47 mph winds and a high near 30 but wind chill values as low as -5. Snow will start in the afternoon, but there will be less than an inch of accumulation. The overnight low will be around 11.

Jackson:  A Winter Storm Warning with up to five inches of snow, 34 mph winds, and a wind chill as low as -10. Tuesday’s high will be 27, with an overnight low near 8.

Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park: A Winter Storm Warning is in effect until Wednesday with up to six inches of snow and wind chill values as low as -10. Expect a high of 24 today and a low of 5 overnight, and wind gusts of up to 38 mph.

Bighorn Basin:  

Thermopolis:  Expect mostly clear skies with 20 mph winds and a high near 35.  Clouds will start moving in overnight with a low around 13, but wind chills could get as low as -10.

Cody:  It should be cloudy then mostly sunny, with a high near 36. Wind could gust as high as 46 mph all-day and overnight, with a low around 20.

Powell:  Look for it to be a cloudy day, gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 35 and wind chill values as low as -5. Overnight it will be mostly cloudy with a low around 15.

North Central:  

Buffalo:  It should be cloudy today with a high of 39 and cloudy overnight with a chance of snow after midnight and a low around 21

Sheridan:  Look for it to be a cloudy day with a high near 43 and wind chill values as low as zero. There’s a chance of snow overnight with a low of 16.

Clearmont:  Expect cloudy skies and a high of 40 but wind chills as low as zero, and most cloudy overnight with a low of 15 and a chance of snow around midnight.

Northeast:  

Gillette:  Expect an increasingly cloudy day with subzero wind chills and a high of 36. Snow is likely overnight with a low of 18 and wind gusts up to 31 mph.

Newcastle:  It should be a cloudy day with a high of 32. Up to an inch of snow is possible overnight with a low of around 17.

Moorcroft:  Look for it to be a cloudy day with a high near 37 and a chance of snow in the afternoon. There will be mostly cloudy skies overnight with a low around 16.

Eastern Plains:  

Torrington:  There’s a High Wind Watch in effect all day Tuesday and overnight with gusts up to 65 mph. Otherwise, the high will be neat 41 on Tuesday with sunny skies and wind chills as low as -5. It’ll be partly cloud overnight with lows will be around 21.  

Wheatland:  A High Wind Warning is in effect until Wednesday morning with gusts up to 70 mph. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 37, while it’ll be partly cloudy overnight with low around 24.

Guernsey:   A High Wind Warning is in effect all day and overnight with gusts up to 50 mph. Expect a sunny day with a high near 38, with partly cloudy skies overnight and a low around 22.  

Southeast:  

Cheyenne:  A High Wind Warning is in effect with a subzero wind chill and gusts up to 60 mph. It should be a sunny day with a high near 36, while overnight will be mostly clear with a low around 17.  

Laramie:  A High Wind Warning is in effect until Wednesday morning with gusts up to 50 mph and wind chills as low as -15. Tuesday will be mostly sunny with a high near 28, with a chance of blowing snow overnight and a low around 11.

Chugwater:  A High Wind Warning is in effect all day and overnight with gusts up to 70 mph. Expect a cloudy day with a high near 35 and a wind chill as low as -10, with partly cloudy skies and snow flurries overnight and a low around 21.  

South Central:  

Rawlins:  A High Wind Warning is in effect all day and overnight with gusts up to 50 mph. Expect a cloudy day with blowing snow in the afternoon and a high near 24 but wind chills as low as -10. Snow showers will continue overnight with a low around 13.

Saratoga:  Expect snow flurries and wind chills as low as -15 on Tuesday, otherwise it should be a cloudy day with a high of 26. There should be more snow overnight with a low around 11.

Hanna:  A High Wind Warning is in effect until Wednesday morning with gusts up to 55 mph and wind chills as low as -15. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a high near 25, with a chance of snow showers overnight and a low around 12.
