Today’s top stories:

The Bureau of Land Management claims it's not planning to lock out Wyoming’s public on more than 1.8 million acres.

A federal judge in Wyoming says the state’s two tribes must pay $13.1 million to an energy company that formerly operated on tribal land.  

U.S. Rep. Harriet Hageman is planning to propose term limits on federal employees.

A couple accused of shattering a toddler’s leg and damaging his organs pleaded not guilty Monday to attempted murder charges.  

And Worland’s Jay Richard brought home the top prize for his giant 1,784 pound pumpkin which is the 2nd heaviest pumpkin ever grown in Wyoming.
