Dear editor:

What could "butt-ass naked" mean other than what it says?

["Montana Cops Caught On Duty Playing ‘Crime Bingo’ With Traffic Stops"]

And you can't possibly think cops were "targeting" drivers to give them a tourniquet.

Can you?

I mean, you seem to think "butt-ass naked" might mean something other than "naked," so I suppose you could.

Let me help:  no one was being targeted; police work is often boring and cops play games to pass the time just like clueless reporters.

Terrible reporting.
