Man Accused Of Stabbing Casper Man In The Neck Was Fresh Out Of Prison

A 36-year-old Arapahoe, Wyoming, man had been out of prison about a week when he allegedly stabbed a Casper man in the neck and torso, killing him, police say.

New U.S. Energy Information Association data shows that from 2016-2022, renewable energy industries received nearly five times as much in federal subsidies than coal, gas and nuclear. However, they accounted for 21% of all energy production.

The latest figures from the U.S. Energy Information Administration shows that renewables received $15.6 billion in fiscal year 2022, compared to $3.6 billion for fossil fuels. Renewables, however, produced 21% of total energy.
