Rheumatologic conditions are often complex, affecting multiple systems and presenting in ways that can be difficult to diagnose. Many patients experience long delays, uncertainty, or the need to travel for care that should be available closer to home. At Hoskinson Health Rheumatology, care is designed to reduce those barriers by providing comprehensive evaluation, timely diagnostics, and coordinated follow-through within one connected system, so patients can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Patient Experience

I had been living with joint pain for years and was always told I’d have to travel to Billings or Denver to see a specialist. Then I found Hoskinson. Dr. Ali listened in a way no one else had, and within weeks, we had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. The infusion suite and imaging were right there in the clinic – no extra appointments, no driving all over the state.

Hammad Ali, MD

Dual Board-Certified Rheumatologist
Autoimmune Skin & Multi-System Disease Specialist

I find great purpose in deciphering complex autoimmune presentations and improving outcomes through multidisciplinary care and research. Also, with more and more research in genetics and autoimmune pathology I feel the next decade is going to belong to these challenging conditions and I want to be amongst the physicians to lead this area.

Dr. Hammad Ali, Rheumatology

Dr. Ali is nationally recognized for his dual expertise in rheumatology and rheumatology-dermatology—an advanced subspecialty that allows him to diagnose conditions affecting both the immune system and the skin. His training includes serving as Chief Rheumatology Fellow at the University of Kentucky and completing a prestigious dermatology-rheumatology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania.

He is known for his thoroughness, compassion, and ability to interpret complex symptoms across multiple organ systems. His expertise includes lupus (cutaneous and systemic), vasculitis, dermatomyositis, psoriatic disease, autoimmune blistering disorders, and rare connective-tissue conditions.
