Dear editor,

Our four state elected officials that support the Pronghorn and Sidewinder wind farms in order to maximize state lands income are pursuing this misguided project on the backs of our children and grandchildren.

So called "green energy" is not sustainable and they only survive because of the massive federal tax payee subsidies.

With a $37 trillion federal debt, our grandchildren will be paying off the debt to pay the maximizing of Wyoming’s State Lands income. What a plan!!

Wind turbines destroy the habitat and biomass in and around the wind farms, which will diminish agricultural and wildlife usage (incidentally the #1 and #2 industries in our state).

The viewsheds are lost forever and the blinking red lights look like an industrial wasteland.

I urge our four elected officials that voted to support this monstrosity to take your earplugs out and your blinders off and see what you see.

Thank you SOS Chuck Gray for being on the right side of history and for speaking for the citizens of Wyoming.

Sincerely

Kristy Vivion Thompson, Casper
