Semi Hitting Another Parked On Shoulder Caused Fatal Crash That Closed I-80
The fiery and fatal crash that closed I-80 for more than eight hours Saturday was caused by a semi smashing into another parked on the shoulder. The Wyoming Highway Patrol on Monday said the driver who hit the parked semi was killed.
