Hilltop Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of John McKinley and Mark Eisele to its Board of Directors. Both McKinley and Eisele are deeply-rooted in Cheyenne and active in the community and state.
McKinley is a former partner of Davis & Cannon, LLP. He joined the firm in 1994 and his practice areas include oil and gas law, mineral tax, natural resources law, ranch and agriculture, corporate, commercial and construction law, and complex civil litigation. McKinley is a member of the Order of the Coif, The American Inns of Court, and Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. He is a University of Wyoming alumni and remains actively involved with the University, where he serves as a trustee. He is also on the Cowboy Joe Club Board.
“I look forward to serving on Hilltop Bank’s Board of Directors and helping Hilltop grow in Cheyenne and throughout the state. Hilltop Bank’s reputation as Wyoming’s Community Bank is representative as to how the employees show up in the communities and decision-making is done locally.” McKinley said.
Eisele is a Wyoming-based rancher and agricultural leader whose life and work are deeply rooted in family, stewardship, and community. Along with his wife, Trudy, he helps lead a multi-generational family operation on the historical King Ranch Company. Eisele is involved in numerous organizations, including the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA), Wyoming Stock Growers Association (WSGA), and the Wyoming Livestock Board (WyLB). Outside of these, he has actively supported Laramie County 4-H and the Kiwanis Livestock shows and sales, the Wyoming Hunger Initiative, and the Otto Shooting Range.

Eisele said, “he is proud to serve on the Hilltop Bank Board of Directors, and further extend his commitment to responsible leadership, governance, and community service.”
“We’re thrilled to welcome our two new board members,” said Hilltop Bank President and CEO, Greg Dixson. “As we expand our footprint in Cheyenne, it was essential to add community members to our Board. We welcome their knowledge, experience, and local insight.”
