Dear editor,
As the Wyoming Freedom Caucus puts out statements in support of or in opposition to an issue, the question in my mind is who exactly is the Wyoming Freedom Caucus?
When you go to the website, there are 16 representatives who are listed as members.
Do they each individually vote on these statements being put out, can the public access each of these representatives on their yes or no vote on these statements, are there more representatives who are not transparent enough to the public to be listed, and why are these representatives hiding behind an organization?
There has been a lot of political campaigning on transparency.
Those who hide behind blanket statements by the Wyoming Freedom Caucus seem to me to be anything but transparent to the voters.
Sincerely,
Marilyn Mackey, Gillette
