Letter To The Editor: Why Wasn't Trans-Person Arrested?

Dear editor: Is the governor going to charge this trans-person with a crime or what? What was the point of making the law if it is not going to be enforced?

Dear editor:

I just read that on Tuesday, July 1st, a trans-person used a public restroom the same day a law went into effect that made it so only males can use male restrooms and only females can use female restrooms, basically use of bathrooms based on sex at birth.

Nothing happened to the trans-person for breaking the law.

Are we a nation and or state based on laws? Why is this trans-person getting away with deliberately breaking the law?

Apparently, this person used the restroom near the governor's office. What the heck is going on in this state?

Is the governor going to charge this trans-person with a crime or what?

What was the point of making the law if it is not going to be enforced?

Sincerely,

Nathan Seegmiller
