• A bill requiring testing of Wyoming water supplies for the presence of abortion drugs passed a House committee Friday.
Legislation that would prohibit mandatory mask, vaccine and COVID-19 testing in Wyoming sailed through the House on a 45-16 vote.
Bits And Pieces: At least three members of the Legislature wore bright, plaid sport coats on Friday. Sen. Mike Gierau, D-Jackson, told Cowboy State Daily there was no coordination between he and Sen. Bob Ide, R-Casper, and Rep. Reuben Tarver, R-Gillette, on the fashion decision. … A number of city council membersfrom around Wyoming were at the Capitol on Friday, with some like Evansville Mayor Candace Machado testifying on bills. This followed on the heels of the state's county commissioners, who were at the Capitol on Thursday.
