My travel to the flood-ravaged area of Western North Carolina created by Hurricane Helene in late September this year took me to the devastated areas of Swananoa, Black Mountain, Bat Cave and Asheville, North Carolina.
While in the area, I lodged at my friend's mountain cabin in Maggie Valley, NC.
Rising early, I ventured out upon his upper deck to behold a beautiful sunrise and quickly photographed the photo presented here.
Sharing this scene with others is a pleasure, even though it is not of a view within the majestic ranges of Wyoming, it does depict an appealing morning sunrise scene.
