A serial flasher is on the loose in Jackson, Wyoming, police say.

A male on the smaller side, standing 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds with black hair, has been following women in the cosmetics section of a big-box store and on a bike path in Jackson.

He then pulls up his shirt and pulls down his pants to reveal his genitalia, Jackson Police Department Lt. Russ Ruschill told Cowboy State Daily on Tuesday.

“We don’t have a common thread yet, other than everyone that’s reported it to us so far has been female,” said Ruschill.

The females range in age from two minors, to middle age.

There have been about four flashing incidents, and one dating back to Sept. 12, when the man was reported to have revealed his pubic hair but not his genitalia, said Ruschill.

So the man has been at it for about 12 days, generally in the West Jackson area, the lieutenant added.

“Obviously, if anyone recognizes this gentleman we’d like to speak to him about his behavior and his criminal acts,” said Ruschill, adding that the man has not touched any of the women, and the women have not retaliated physically “that we’re aware of.”

People can call the police department at 307-733-3932 or the anonymous tip line at 307-733-5148.

A tip leading to a conviction could result in a reward, said Ruschill
