The proposed $25 billion merger of grocery giants Kroger and Albertsons also involves the sale of 413 stores - including 12 Albertsons-owned stores in Wyoming - to a company few people have heard of.
The president and CEO of Rocky Mountain Power says that investments in renewable energies are not the reason the utility is asking the Wyoming Public Service Commission to approve a nearly 30% rate increase.
More than a dozen wanderers from Fremont County were anonymously dropped off at a homeless shelter in Casper three weeks ago – but so far, no one is owning up to making the drop.
