Today's Wyoming sunrise was taken at War Memorial Stadium, in Laramie, before the Portland State - UW game by Joey Chavez of Casper. Joey writes, "I like because it’s different, but still Wyoming and hours before the WAR was filled with 21,000 POKE fans!!"
