It’s Sunday, February 12th – and we’re in between weather patterns today. Mostly sunny skies across the region, and just a bit warmer in some places around the Cowboy State. Looking ahead, though, be prepared for some heavy snow to enter the state by Tuesday.

Central:

Mostly cloudy this morning in Riverton, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 26 and wind chill values as low as -5. Partly sunny in Shoshoni, with a high near 21 and wind chill values as low as -10. Casper can expect partly sunny skies, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 40; breezy with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Mostly cloudy in Riverton overnight, with a low around -2. Partly cloudy tonight in Shoshoni, with a low around -5. Mostly clear overnight in Casper, with a low around 24. 

Southwest:

Mostly sunny in Evanston today, with a high near 32, but wind chill values as low as zero. Mostly sunny in Kemmerer, with a high near 36, but wind chill values as low as -5. In Green River, mostly cloudy today, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 30, and wind chill values as low as zero. 

Overnight, mostly clear in Evanston, with a low around 4 and wind chill values as low as -4. Partly cloudy tonight in Kemmerer, with a low around 2, and wind chill values as low as -5. Mostly clear in Green River tonight, with a low around 0. 

Western Wyoming:

Sunny today in Alpine, with a high near 34. Sunny in Pinedale, with a high near 35, but wind chill values as low as -10. Big Piney can expect mostly cloudy skies through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 28, but wind chill values as low as -15. 

Mostly clear overnight in Alpine, with a low around 6 and wind chill values as low as -5. Partly cloudy tonight in Pinedale, with a low around -2, and wind chill values as low as -10. Partly cloudy in Big Piney tonight, with a low around -9. 

Northwest:

Sunny today in Jackson, with a high near 34, but wind chill values as low as -5. In Yellowstone National Park near Mammoth, sunny, with a high near 41, but wind chill values as low as zero. Dubois can expect sunny skies, with a high near 44. 

Mostly clear overnight in Jackson, with a low around 2. Mostly clear in Mammoth tonight, with a low around 15. Clear tonight in Dubois, with a low around 21. 

Bighorn Basin:

Sunny in Worland today, with a high near 37, but wind chill values as low as zero. Sunny and relatively warm today in Cody, with a high near 48. In Basin, mostly sunny today, with a high near 37. 

Mostly clear overnight in Worland, with a low around 4, and wind chill values as low as -5. Mostly clear in Cody tonight, with a low around 26. Mostly clear tonight in Basin, with a low around 8, and wind chill values as low as zero.

North Central:

Sunny today in Buffalo with a high near 44. Sunny in Ranchester, with a high near 41. Sheridan can expect sunny skies, with a high near 45.

Mostly clear overnight in Buffalo, with a low around 26. Mostly clear in Ranchester tonight, with a low around 23. Mostly clear tonight in Sheridan, with a low around 23. 

Northeast:

Sunny today in Moorcroft, with a high near 42, and wind chill values as low as 14. Sunny in Gillette, with a high near 40. In Hulett today, sunny, with a high near 46 and wind chill values as low as 12 early. 

Overnight, mostly clear in Moorcroft, with a low around 21, and wind chill values as low as 12. Mostly clear tonight in Gillette, with a low around 26 and wind chill values as low as 16. Mostly clear in Hulett tonight, with a low around 25 and wind chill values as low as 18. 

Eastern Plains:

Mostly cloudy in Douglas today, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 43. Mostly cloudy today in Guernsey, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 46. Mostly cloudy in Wheatland, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 46. 

Mostly clear overnight in Douglas, with a low around 14. Mostly clear in Guernsey tonight, with a low around 22. Mostly clear tonight in Wheatland, with a low around 29. 

Southeast:

Partly sunny today in Cheyenne, with a high near 46. Mostly cloudy in Laramie today, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 42. Partly sunny in Pine Bluffs, with a high near 40. 

Mostly clear overnight in Cheyenne, with a low around 24. Mostly clear in Laramie tonight, with a low around 14. Mostly clear tonight in Pine Bluffs, with a low around 19. 

South Central:

Mostly sunny today in Rawlins, with a high near 35. Mostly sunny in Baggs, with a high near 32. Mostly cloudy in Encampment, then gradually becoming sunny, with a high near 35. So

Mostly clear overnight in Rawlins, with a low around 12. Mostly clear in Baggs tonight, with a low around 4. Encampment can expect mostly clear skies overnight, with a low around 16.
