The price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline increased by 0.6 cents on Wednesday over the previous 24 hours, bringing the state’s average to $4.09 per gallon.
The website GasBuddy.com, which tracks national gas prices, reported Wyoming’s average gas price is up 1.7 cents per gallon from one week ago and has increased by $1.16 per gallon from one year ago.
Wyoming’s average price for gasoline remained below the national average of $4.135 for a gallon of regular.
High and Low Prices:
The highest gasoline price in Wyoming on Wednesday was in Jackson at $4.86 per gallon. Two locations in Gillette shared the lowest price at $3.75 — M.G. Oil Co. at 502 El Camino Rd., and Maverick at 1616 U.S. Highway 14-16.
The county with the highest average price was Teton at $4.39, while Campbell had the lowest average at $3.90.
These are the highest and lowest reported prices among those stationed surveyed.

Albany County was down 15 cents per gallon; Converse down 12; Fremont down 9; Lincoln up 29 and Sublette up 24 cents.
