Roberts said about the photo: “I was at work just west of Cody when the red glow told me the sun was rising and shining through the wildfire smoke. I turned to the east and saw the sun coming up behind the three big USA flags flown by a hotel on the west edge of town. I didn’t have a real camera, so my phone had to suffice.”
We feature a different Wyoming sunrise every morning (and an occasional sunset).
