One of a Kind Wyoming Ceratosaurus Sells for $30.5 Million at Sotheby's Auction
A juvenile Ceratosaurus, one of only four known specimens of the rare Jurassic carnivore, sold for $30.5 million at a Sotheby's auction. It was discovered in Bone Cabin Quarry, one of the most significant fossil sites in the world, located near Medicine Bow, Wyoming.
