White Christian Nationalists. Hypocrites. Gestapo. We should be Charlie Kirked. I’ve heard it all. Then the Bills lost and Josh Allen cried. Ugh, what a week…

But let’s refocus.

President Ronald Regan once recounted a conversation with a Cuban refugee who escaped Castro with the words, “If we lose freedom here, there is no place to escape to. This is the last stand on Earth. And this idea that government is beholden to the people, and that it has no other source of power except the sovereign people, is still the newest and the most unique idea in all the long history of man’s relation to man.”

But asking for proof of citizenship is decried? Minnesota wouldn’t let U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents access the jails remember?

That would have helped this exercise. But they don’t want that. Funny nobody burnt the town to the ground when many states demanded vaccination cards to buy a cheeseburger…

Living for God, trying to speak truth and do better does not make you a hypocrite or a Christian white nationalist. There is nothing wrong with loving God, your family and your country and trying to be a better person every day.

It will take you one watch of a grieving widow hugging a flag-draped coffin of a father never coming home for you to better understand.

We’ve become so self-absorbed. Ready to click the next rage bait, and instigate the next comment to prove our point, that we’ve forgotten what this is really about.

The world’s chaos is demonic. One look into the eyes of the some of these protesters tells you everything you need to know.

There is a darkness and an emptiness that is not of God. Many protesters are already on record saying they are working shifts and being paid. Nevertheless, don’t let it suck you in.

The idea that Christians must be silent about their faith and the true word of God is diabolical. The tactics are to try and silence you through shame, bullying and the stripping away of your worldly titles and possessions if you don’t obey. Don’t do it.

Those strings only tie you to a world where you don’t belong. Like the dove, we rise – snip the strings that hold you to this broken world and be free from it. This is a temporary landing pad in eternity. It’s our job to disciple and pay the price.

If you are exhausted by the news cycle, you’re not alone. We may be the only generation who can watch gruesome murder and half naked women, all in the same Instagram algorithm.

Separate yourself from it. Remember, God has called you to care for your family and your heart. Those are His, not the world’s.

To abandon our Christianity at this time would not be an act of compromise. We would not be neutral or nice in doing so. Our country was built upon religious freedom, but always recognized that we are one nation, under God.

If we let go of our north star, we do not do so in the name of neutrality. We do it in weakness. We live in a world overcome with the presence of menacing and soul contracts.

Who is your master? Neutrality? Political correctness? Protecting your worldly possessions? I’d give it all twice to tell the truth and look God in the face. Integrity is all we can take with us.

This is not a theocracy or the gestapo. It is an awakening. Truth, order, and safety are still a part of our American dream. We won’t compromise that in favor of your “warm collective.”

Having leaders who are formed under the premise of antichrist ideology that opposes God and human dignity will not be tolerated by anyone with a sense of right and wrong.

That sense doesn’t  come from some law that a guy wrote down. It comes from who we really are when you strip it all away.

Fulton Sheen is being canonized, and he once said, “The refusal to take sides on great moral issues is itself a decision. It is a silent acquiescence to evil.”

Don’t be silent, but don’t let it consume you either.

Justice Clarence Thomas described himself as “unapologetically” Catholic, patriotic and a constitutionalist. His words, not mine.

“Do not hide your faith and your beliefs under a bushel basket. Especially in this world that seems to have gone mad with political correctness,” he once said.

Morality is not subjective. Like bowling, some have simply put the bumper rails up knowing they’ll never experience a gutter ball. That doesn’t mean the gutter isn’t still there.

Evil is only the parasite that feeds on goodness. It has no power of its own. Don’t give your power to the dark forces; keep fighting for what is right and true.
