Well folks,
For what it's worth, the Wyoming Democrats have put their two cents in about Charlie Kirk's murder, though I'm not sure why they bothered.
This delegation is composed of some highly privileged people who are living off the system, supported by the working people of Wyoming. I think I see several future state pensioners in this bunch, who will be supported by the working people through their retirement.
The Democrats always put out these statements where they want respectful civil discourse, peaceful interactions, which is what Kirk practiced.
I watched the Democrats scream and curse at Harriet Hageman for 45 minutes without a break.
And when Hageman said she supported the Laken Riley bill, the Democrats all booed. Wow, what's that all about. Democrats are opposed to laws that make it safer for women.
Mr. Chestek said he disagrees with nearly everything Kirk stood for. Let's see.
Kirk stood for secure borders, good marriages, hard working children, two parent families, clean safe cities, laws to protect women, free markets, low taxes, low regulations, free markets, and a strong America.
I guess Mr. Chestek opposes most of that, remember that on his next election bid.
Mr. Yin wanted the president to say “How do we come together as a country?” If Trump had said that, this group would have criticized it because Trump said it.
Mr. Rothfuss says that MAGA is racist & divisive. He is only 30 years off the mark.
When the Clintons came to Washington, they showed us there are two law systems in America.
One for them and their connected friends and a different one for the working people. That is where the division started.
The racism started with Obama, if you remember.
Charlie was in Laramie last April and any one of these Democrats would have been invited to the front of the line and could have debated Charlie openly, in public.
But none of them did.
We all know why, Charlie would have whooped their ass. It is a lot easier to criticize someone when they no longer have a voice.
As Winston Churchill said, “anyone can kick a dead lion.”
Charlie was a real lion and died like one, something his opposition, will never experience.
Sincerely,
Tom Schmit, Laramie
