Cowboy State Daily's State Politics Reporter Leo Wolfson catches up with Wyoming House Speaker Chip Neiman, R-Hulett, to learn more about him and his thoughts about the 2025 legislative session. Neiman is overseeing the House during the 68th Wyoming Legislature, which is already being marked by a significant rightward shift in the body. Neiman believes the Legislature has been given a conservative mandate from the people.
