Rain and snow likely in much of Wyoming on Sunday. Some winter weather advisories in effect in the morning. Highs mainly in the 30s and 40s and lows in the 20s.

Central:  

Casper:  Snow and rain are near certain today and likely overnight. Otherwise, the high should be near 41 today and it should be cloudy overnight with a low near 28.  

Lander:  Snow and rain are near certain today and likely overnight. From 1-3 inches of snow is possible. Otherwise, look for a high near 39 today and overnight the low should be near 27. 

Glenrock There’s a winter weather advisory in effect until noon. Rain and snow are likely today and overnight. Otherwise, expect a high today near 41 and a low near 27 overnight.

Southwest:  

Evanston Snow is near certain, mainly before 3 p.m. today and there’s a chance of snow overnight. From 1-2 inches of snow is possible. Otherwise, the high should be near 38 today with wind from 11-16 mph in the afternoon. It should be mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 20.

Green River:  Rain and snow are likely today and possible overnight. Otherwise, expect it to be breezy today with a high near 44 and wind gusts as high as 32 mph. It should be mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 27.

Cokeville Snow, mainly before 3 p.m., is near certain today and there’s a chance of snow mainly before midnight tonight. From 1-2 inches of snow is possible. Otherwise, look for a high near 37 today with wind gusts of up to 20 mph. It should be mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 21.

Western Wyoming:  

Pinedale:  Snow and rain are near certain today and snow is possible overnight, mainly before midnight. From 2-5 inches of snow is possible. Otherwise, look for it to be breezy today with a high near 39 and wind gusts as high as 21 mph. It should be cloudy overnight with a low near 22.

Afton:  Snow, mainly after 11 a.m., is near certain today and likely overnight. From around 1-3 inches of snow is possible. Otherwise, the high should be near 38 today and it should be cloudy overnight with a low near 23.

La Barge:  Snow and rain are likely today and snow is possible overnight, mainly before midnight. Otherwise, expect it to be breezy today with a high near 42 and wind gusts of up to 25 mph. It should be mostly cloudy and breezy overnight with a low near 21 and wind gusts of up to 21 mph. 

Northwest:  

Dubois:  Snow, mainly after noon, is near certain today and it’s likely, mainly before midnight tonight. From 2-6 inches of snow is possible. Otherwise, it should be breezy today with a high near 35 and wind gusts of up to 23 mph. Overnight the low should be near 21.

Jackson:  Snow and rain are near certain today and possible overnight. From 2-4 inches of snow is possible. Otherwise, look for a high near 40 today and it should be mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 21.  

Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park:  Snow and rain are likely today and snow is possible tonight before midnight. From about 1-2 inches of snow is possible. Otherwise, expect a high near 38 today and it should gradually become partly cloudy overnight with a low near 11.

Bighorn Basin:

Thermopolis Rain and snow are near certain today and likely overnight. From about 2-4 inches of snow is possible. Otherwise, look for a high today near 40 and the low overnight should be near 27.

Cody:  Snow, mainly after 3 p.m. is likely today and snow is possible tonight, mainly before midnight. Otherwise, expect it to be breezy today with a high near 36 and wind gusts as high as 28 mph. Overnight it should be cloudy and blustery with a low near 25 and wind gusts of up to 31 mph.

Worland:  Snow and rain are near certain today and possible overnight. Otherwise, the high today should be near 42 and it should be cloudy overnight with a low near 26.

North Central:  

Buffalo:  Snow and rain are near certain today and snow, mainly before midnight, is likely tonight. Up to 3-5 inches of snow is possible. Otherwise, the high today should be near 35 and it should be cloudy overnight with a low near 26.

Sheridan:  Watch for areas of fog before noon. Rain and snow are near certain today and likely overnight with patchy fog after 9 p.m.  Otherwise, look for a high today near 40 and the low overnight should be near 27. 

Big Horn:  Snow and rain are near certain today with patchy fog before 9 a.m. and rain and snow are near certain overnight. Up to around 2 inches of snow is possible. Otherwise, expect a high today near 38 and a low overnight near 25.

Northeast:  

Gillette:  Watch for patchy fog before 2 p.m. today and after 7 p.m. tonight. Snow and rain are near certain today and overnight. From 1-3 inches of snow is possible. The high today should be near 37 and the low overnight near 25.

Newcastle:  Watch for areas of fog before 3 p.m. today and patchy fog after 7 p.m. tonight. Rain and snow are near certain today and overnight. From 1-3 inches of snow is possible. The high today should be near 40 and low overnight near 27.

Upton:  Watch for patchy fog before 2 p.m. today and after 8 p.m. tonight. Rain, snow and freezing drizzle are near certain today and rain and snow are near certain overnight. From 1-3 inches of snow is possible. The high today should be near 39 and low overnight near 24.

Eastern Plains:  

Torrington:  There’s a chance of rain, mainly after 3 p.m. today and rain and snow are near certain overnight. Otherwise, look for it to be partly sunny today with a high near 49 the low overnight should be near 27.

Douglas:  There’s a winter weather advisory in effect until noon today. Rain and snow are likely today and overnight. Otherwise, the high today should be near 40 and the low overnight near 27.
