To the editor:

Read it and weep. 70 – 100 carbon capture facilities annually for 27 years? And as with all new technology the adverse side effects won’t be realized until the damage has been done – ground water contamination will doom us all.

There have been FIVE mass extinctions on this planet long before humans walked the earth or used fossil fuel. Each time 75% of all life was annihilated – except the third mass extinction which wiped out 95% of all life. The earth cycles and has for millions of years and we cannot stop that.

With all of our knowledge and expertise at this juncture in time, utilizing our resources to survive the next inevitable event would be far wiser than trying to hold back the tide.

I am not an expert, but based on what I have learned the species that survived each mass extinction lived in tunnels burrowed into the ground or caves and the fish that survived lived in deep water or migrated to the depths.

Humans are probably contributing to the next mass extinction happening a little sooner – but it is going to happen anyway.

We have this extensive historical knowledge – far better we use it to prepare and protect ourselves.

The far left propaganda, green new deal, woke culture, idiotic pronouns, dictating how we speak, what appliances we can purchase, allowing children to be mutilated long before they are able to make a fully informed decision is destroying this country

I now understand Gordon’s true ambition –clearly he has plans for something bigger and better and is using this issue as a stepping stone to make himself known nationally – at the expense and to the detriment of Wyoming residents.

Just my opinion.

Sincerely,

Juli Aubabso
