Dear editor:
I want to commend Rod Miller for his [column] on Government Secrets, Wyoming Public Records Act and Mike Barbour for his response to Rod's article. I TOTALLY AGREE with both of them.
There should be NO SECRETS in government! After all, government works for "We the People"!
