Dear Editor:
I am writing to share with everyone what has been my first-hand experience related to Frank Moore’s strong leadership ability and integrity.
I have known Frank Moore for over 40 years and worked closely with him over the last 25 years. I have served on multiple Boards of Directors and developed a strong business relationship with him during those years.
I have always found Frank to be an incredible listener. He is almost happy to hear someone else’s opinion on the topic at hand. His respectful manner allows everyone to feel like their input is not only welcome but also much appreciated.
He is a solution-oriented leader who is willing to think “outside the box” while resolving the issue at hand. Soliciting input and counsel from those who he believes can help him solve the problem is also one of Frank’s strong suits.
In addition, he is always willing to do the very important, and sometimes difficult due diligence and research work necessary so that he is ready, willing, and able to ask the hard questions in order to ensure the best outcome possible is achieved.
With his unique skill set Frank excels at bringing people with different ideas to the table. His willingness to solicit input creates buy-in from the entire group as ideas are rigorously vetted. Not surprisingly, incredible initiatives and solutions are the result.
Frank Moore is the most honest and thoughtful person I have ever had the pleasure of being around! The standards he lives by are second to none.
For these reasons and others, I would strongly encourage the Wyoming State Republican Central Committee to elect Frank Moore as the new Chairman of the Wyoming State Republican Party.
The party and the State of Wyoming will be much improved due to his service.
