The price of gasoline in Wyoming fell by 1.4 cents on Monday from the previous 24 hours to average $4.07 per gallon.
The website GasBuddy.com, which tracks national gas prices, reported Wyoming’s average gas price is up 4.1 cents per gallon from one week ago and is $1.16 per gallon higher than one year ago.
Wyoming’s average price for gasoline remained below the national average of $4.117 for a gallon of regular.
High and Low Prices:
The highest gasoline price in Wyoming on Monday was in Jackson at $4.86 per gallon. The war for the lowest price continued in Gillette, with both M.G. Oil Company at 502 El Camino Rd. and the Maverik at 1616, U.S. Highway 14-20 offering a gallon of regular unleaded for $3.75 per gallon.
The county with the highest average price was Uinta at $4.45 per gallon. The county with the lowest average price was Goshen at $3.90. These are the highest and lowest reported prices among those stationed surveyed.
Monday’s Big Movers:
Albany County was up 33 cents per gallon, Fremont was up 7 cents per gallon and Campbell was down 14 cents.
