An older man living at a long-term care facility in Natrona County has become the 15th Wyoming resident to die as a result of coronavirus, according to the Wyoming Department of Health.

The department, in a news release, said the man had been hospitalized after being diagnosed with COVID-19.

Three people living at a long-term care facility in Washakie County have died as a result of the illness in the last week.

The Department of Health said older people and those with certain health conditions have a higher risk to develop complications from the coronavirus.
