A second resident at a Worland long-term care facility where a coronavirus outbreak was identified has died from the disease, the Wyoming Department of Health reported Tuesday.

The department said the older man had been hospitalized after showing symptoms of the disease.

The death brings to 13 the number of Wyoming residents to die from coronavirus-related causes. The 12th also lived at the Worland long-term care facility. His death was announced Thursday.

The Department of Health said testing has identified 12 coronavirus cases among facility residents and nine among staff members.
