New coronavirus cases in Campbell, Laramie and Lincoln counties on Tuesday set the state’s total at 322.

The increase by five on Tuesday came as the Wyoming Department of Health, Northern Arapaho Business Council and Fremont County Commissioners announced that four Northern Arapaho tribal members had died from complications of coronavirus.

The deaths bring to six the number of deaths attributed to the illness.

In the Department of Health’s daily coronavirus update, it also reported that the number of confirmed or “probable” recoveries from the illness climbed by 17 to total 254 on Tuesday. Of those, 184 recoveries were confirmed in a lab and other 70 were considered “probable.”

As of Tuesday afternoon, Laramie County had 76 cases; Teton County had 62; Fremont County had 51; Natrona County had 38; Campbell County had 14; Sheridan County had 12; Johnson County had 11; Sweetwater had 10; Converse had nine; Albany, Lincoln and Uinta had six; Washakie had five; Carbon and Crook had four, and Goshen had three. Big Horn, Hot Springs, Niobrara, Park and Sublette all had one case.
