There will be subzero wind chills everywhere in Wyoming today, while many Winter Storm Warnings and High Wind Warnings remain active until the afternoon/evening. Snow is either falling and accumulating all day or starting to fall overnight.

Central:

Casper: Look for it to be mostly sunny and breezy Wednesday with a high near 27 and winds up to 36 mph. Two inches of snow is possible overnight, with a low around 4 and wind chills as low as -5.

Riverton: Expect a partly sunny day with a high near 27 and wind chills as low as -10, then cloudy skies and a chance of snow overnight with a low around 2.

Glenrock: A mostly sunny day with 40 mph winds and a high around 28, then cloudy skies and a chance of overnight snow with a low around 3 and wind chills as low as -5

Southwest:

Evanston: A Winter Storming Warning remains in effect until Thursday, with an additional five inches of snow possible. Wednesday will be breezy with blowing snow and a high near 24 and wind chills as low as -7, with mostly cloudy skies, more snow, and a low around 3 overnight.

Rock Springs: There’s a Winter Storm Advisory in effect all day Wednesday with up to an inch of additional snow. Expect Wednesday to be cloudy with blowing snow and a high near 29, with more snow showers and a low around 1 overnight and wind chills as low as -15.

South Pass: A Winter Storm Advisory could bring up to four inches of snow all day and overnight. It should be a partly sunny day with winds up to 45 mph and a high near 17, with cloudy skies, blowing snow, and a low around 0 overnight. Wind chills could get as low as -15.

Western Wyoming:

Pinedale: Expect cloudy skies today with scattered snow showers and a high near 20, then mostly cloudy skies, blowing snow, and a low around -4 overnight. Wind chills could as low as -15 with wind gusts up to 32 mph.

Alpine: There’s a Winter Storm Warning in effect until Wednesday afternoon, which could bring up to six inches of snow and wind chills as low as -5. Snow showers and a high near 21 during the day, then more snow and a low near -3 overnight.

Big Piney: Watch for scattered snow showers all day and overnight, otherwise mostly sunny skies today with a high near 26 and wind chills as low as -20, then mostly cloudy skies and a low near -8 tonight.

Northwest:

Dubois: It should be cloudy today with blowing snow and a high near 28, then mostly cloudy with scattered snow and wind chills as low as -10 overnight, with a low around 2.

Jackson: There’s a Winter Storm Warning in effect until Wednesday evening, which could bring up to four inches of snow and wind chills as low as -10. It should be a cloudy day with a high near 25, then snow showers and a low around 1 overnight.

Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park: A Winter Storm Warning stays in effect all day with another four inches of snow and wind chills as low as -20. Expect a breezy day with a high around 19, then snow showers overnight with a low around -4.

Bighorn Basin:

Thermopolis: Expect it to be mostly sunny today with a high near 31 and mostly cloudy overnight with scattered snow showers and a low around 4 but wind chills as low as -5.

Cody: Look for it to be partly sunny with a high near 31, then mostly cloudy overnight with isolated snow showers around midnight and a low around 0.

Lovell: It should be partly sunny today with a high near 33, then mostly cloudy with a low around 2 overnight, with snow showers starting around midnight.

North Central:

Buffalo: It should be partly sunny today with a high near 33 then cloudy skies with scattered snow showers and a low around 4 overnight.

Sheridan: Look for it to be partly sunny today with a high near 36 with a chance of afternoon snow showers, then up to two inches of snow and cloudy skies overnight with a low around 2.

Story: Watch for scattered snow showers and dropping temperatures in the morning, with an afternoon high of 18, then up to two inches of snow and a low of around 2 overnight.

Northeast:

Gillette: Expect it to be partly sunny today with a high near 33 and mostly cloudy overnight with a chance of snow and wind chills as low as -12. The low will be around 0.

Sundance: Look for it to be mostly sunny today with more snow and a high near 28, then mostly cloudy with a low around -1 overnight.

Upton: It should be partly sunny today with a high near 33, then mostly cloudy with a low around 0 and a chance of snow overnight.

Eastern Plains:

Torrington: It should be sunny today with a high near 34 with wind gusts up to 45 mph and mostly cloudy overnight with a low around 8 and a chance of snow.

Douglas: Look for it to be sunny today with a high near 30 and cloudy overnight with a low around 2 and a chance of snow around midnight.

Midwest: Expect it to be mostly sunny and breezy today with a high near 32 and mostly cloudy with scattered snow showers overnight with a low around 4. Wind chills could get as low as -10.

Southeast:

Cheyenne: A High Wind Warning is in effect until this afternoon, with wind gusts as high as 55 mph. It should be sunny with a high near 27 today, then mostly cloudy overnight with a chance of snow and a low around 9.

Laramie: Look for it to be mostly sunny today with a high near 21 and wind gusts as high as 50 mph, then mostly cloudy overnight with the low around 1.

Medicine Bow: Expect it to be mostly sunny today with a high near 21 and mostly cloudy overnight with a low around 4 and wind chills as low as -10.

South Central:

Rawlins: Look for it to be sunny today with a high near 32 and mostly clear overnight with a low near 13.

Encampment: Expect it to be partly sunny today with patchy, blowing snow and a high near 19, then mostly cloudy overnight with a chance of up to two inches of snow and a low around 2.

Baggs: Watch for snow throughout the day, otherwise it should be mostly cloudy today with a high near 24 and wind chills as low as -20, then mostly cloudy with more snow and a low around -1.
