The price of gas increased by 3 cents per gallon on Wednesday over the previous 24 hours to average $4.83.
The website GasBuddy.com, which tracks national gas prices, reported Wyoming’s average gas price is steady from a week ago and is up $1.54 per gallon from one year ago.
Wyoming’s average price for gasoline remained above the national average of $4.73 for a gallon of regular.
High and Low Prices:
The highest gasoline price in Wyoming on Wednesday was in Teton Village near Jackson at $6.69 per gallon. Laramie continued to boast the lowest price, $4.24 per gallon at the Tumbleweed Express at 4700 Bluebird Lane.
Teton County had the highest average county gas price in the state at $5.24 while Albany County had the lowest average at $4.58.
These are the highest and lowest reported prices among those stationed surveyed.
