The price of gas in Wyoming increased by 2.4 cents per gallon over the previous 24 hours to average $4.03 on Saturday.

The website GasBuddy.com, which tracks national gas prices, reported Wyoming’s average gas price is down 1.7 cents per gallon from one  week ago is $1.12 higher per gallon than one year.

Wyoming’s average price for gasoline remained below the national average of $4.06 for a gallon of regular.

High and Low Prices:

The highest gasoline price in Wyoming on Saturday was in Jackson at $4.78 per gallon.  There was a four-way tie for the lowest price, $3.77 per gallon at the M.G. Oil Company at 502 El Camino Road in Gillette, the Maverick at 1616 U.S. Highway 14-16 in Gillette, the Maverik at 1108 W. Yellowstone Highway in Douglas and the Conoco at 1115 W. Yellowstone Highway, also in Douglas.. These are the highest and lowest reported prices among those stationed surveyed. 

Note: The county with the lowest average price is Albany, with an average of $3.74 for a gallon of regular.

Saturday’s Big Movers:

Uinta County, up 23 cents per gallon, Lincoln County up 26 cents, Converse County up 16 cents, Sublette County up 22 cents and Park County, down 6 cents per gallon.
