Wyoming’s average gasoline price dropped by 2.3 cents over the previous 24 hours on Thursday to average $4.02 per gallon of unleaded regular.
The website GasBuddy.com, which tracks national gas prices, reported Wyoming’s average gas price is down 2.8 cents per gallon from one week ago and is up $1.13 per gallon from one year ago.
Wyoming’s average price for gasoline remained below the national average of $4.062 for a gallon of regular.
High and Low Prices:
The highest gasoline price in Wyoming on Thursday was in Jackson at $4.86 per gallon. Dethroning Douglas on Thursday as the city with the lowest gas price in Wyoming was Gillette, where the price of gas at the M.G. Oil Co. at 502 El Camino Road was $3.75 per gallon.
These are the highest and lowest reported prices among those stationed surveyed.
