The price of gas in Wyoming fell by 0.9 cents on Monday from the previous 24 hours to average $4.03 per gallon.

The website GasBuddy.com, which tracks national gas prices, reported Wyoming’s average gas price is down 3.6 cents per gallon from a  week ago and was up $1.17 per gallon from one year ago.

Wyoming’s average price for gasoline remained below the national average of $4.098 for a gallon of regular.

*The average price per gallon of regular in each Wyoming county: 

Albany $3.80; Big Horn $4.03; Campbell $4.02; Carbon $4.03; Converse $3.87; Crook $4.03; Fremont $4,04; Goshen $3.87; Hot Springs $4.02; Johnson $4.03; Laramie $3.95; Lincoln $4.40; Natrona $3.89; Niobrara $4.03; Park $4.13; Platte $3.99; Sheridan $4.03; Sweetwater $4.09; Sublette $4.03; Teton $4.40; Uinta $4.03; Washakie $4.03; Weston: $3.99

The big movers today are Lincoln Country, where the average increased by 36 cents to $4.40, and Platte County, where the price increased by 30 cents per gallon of regular to average $4.29. The mean price reported by nine counties was $4.03 per gallon.
