Utah earthquake

An earthquake registering 5.7 on the Richter Scale shook the Salt Lake City area early Wednesday morning.

Utah Emergency Management reported it was the largest earthquake experienced in the Utah area since 1992.

The Salt Lake City Tribune reported there have been 13 aftershocks since the initial quake.
